Training Needs Analysis

In a world of advanced technology, people still make the difference. A Training Needs Analysis provides customers with a comprehensive benchmark for evaluating employee skill and knowledge levels, work environment factors, and the motivational factors that affect performance. The results of the analysis offer customers a reliable method for resolving employee performance issues so productivity can be maximised.

Save time and reduce cost with On-Site Training

Rockwell Automation Training and Performance Services can conduct any standard, tailored or custom training course at a location of your choice. On-Site training can accommodate your shift requirements. Hidden costs exist with off-site training, such as job coverage and travel expenses.
