General:

• JPR Controls is a member of Dun and Bradstreet (Australia) Pty Ltd and use the services of same for all credit checks and debt collection.

• Although in possession, title of ownership of goods does not pass to the purchaser until goods have been paid for in full.

• The following standard terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.

• Where noted in quotations and other documents, on placing of purchase orders relating to the said quotations and documents, the purchaser accepts these standard terms and conditions of sale and has no recourse for action contrary to these terms. 

Pricing:

• JPR Controls Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without notice.

• Prices quoted include suitable packaging for domestic transportation.

• Prices quoted are firm for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing. 

Goods and Services Tax (GST):

• Prices quoted do not include GST.

• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure their Australian Business Number is quoted at time of ordering.

• 10.0% GST shall be applied to all purchases. 

Payment:

• Terms are 30 days from the end of month in which goods are invoiced. New accounts subject to approval.

• All costs incurred by JPR Controls in the course of utilising our collection service to recover outstanding monies owed by the customer must be paid to Dun and Bradstreet (Australia) Pty Ltd by the customer.

• Credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. A 1.59% transaction fee will apply calculated on payment total.

Credits:

• All claims for credit must be made in writing within seven (7) days of invoice date.

• Goods will not be accepted for credit unless agreed to by JPR Controls Pty Ltd.

• Credit for returned goods shall be accepted only if said goods are in original un-opened and un-marked packaging and in “as new” condition and accompanied by a Goods Return Advice (GRA) form.

• Credit claims for less than $25.00 will not be accepted.

• Goods that have been specially manufactured or imported will not be accepted for credit.

• A 20.0% restocking fee will apply to goods accepted for credit.

• All goods returned must be received within fourteen (14) days of approval date. 

Delivery:

• A delivery / handling charge will apply to all orders unless collected from JPR Controls Pty Ltd by the purchaser or his / her representative. 

Cancellation:

• Cancellation of purchase orders must be done in writing.

• If ordered goods have been despatched from an overseas port, order cancellation will not be accepted.

• Cancellation of goods in the process of being manufactured will not be accepted.

• Expenses incurred by JPR Controls Pty Ltd for the freight, document processing, manufacture of goods relating to cancelled orders will be reimbursed by the purchaser. 

Warranty:

• All goods sold by JPR Controls Pty Ltd are subject to the manufacturers warranty against faulty workmanship and materials for the manufacturers warranty period.

• JPR Controls will not be liable for losses, injury or damage resulting directly or indirectly from product failure.

• JPR Controls Pty Ltd disclaim liability for consequential losses, injury or damages.

Within Metropolitan area:

• Up to 25Kg                                                                                                       $6.00

• 25Kg to 50Kg                                                                                                   $12.00

• Over 50Kg                                                                                                        TBA prior to dispatch.

• Order value in excess of $5000  (not exceeding 150Kg)                                        No Charge

• Generally, one freight charge will apply to each order regardless of the number of backorders associated with that order, with the exception of the following.

• Backorders arising from orders collected by the customer, or a representative of the customer, will incur a delivery charge for the first backorder only as per the above rates.

Outside Metropolitan area:

• Freight charges are subject to weight, size, and destination. Indicative charges to be advised prior to dispatch.

• Each delivery will incur a freight charge regardless of the number of backorders per customer order. The customer may opt to consolidate their order to minimize the number of deliveries.

Air Bags:

• All 3Kg airbags will be charged at $15.00.

• Other sizes to be advised prior to dispatch.

General:

Regardless of destination, single orders to be delivered (split) over multiple locations will be charged as separate consignments and each will incur appropriate freight charges based on above fees.

Customer may opt to use their own freight company, in which case, JPR Controls will not take responsibility for goods once loaded on the customers nominated transport.

All fees and charges are excluding GST, which would be additional at a rate of 10.0%.

Although JPR Controls will endeavour to ensure deliveries are made within an acceptable time frame, we do not, however, have any control over the policy or movement of the shipping companies. JPR Controls only use freight companies with a tried and proven record and, in general, are considered timely and reliable.
